Christopher Jantzen - Referral Counsel

Our referral counsel is the litigation firm, Jantzen & Associates, P.C., located in the heart of Boston, at 4 Liberty Square. Attorney Christopher Jantzen is the founding partner of the 6 person firm. He is a 1980 summa cum laude graduate of Boston College and a 1984 cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School.
 
In practice for over 36 years, Attorney Jantzen is an experienced lawyer, who has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer by Massachusetts Super Lawyer Magazine for 2009, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, placing him in the top 5 percent of litigators in Massachusetts. Attorney Jantzen has over 36 years of litigation experience in various areas of the law, including small business litigation, plaintiff personal injury, construction contractor disputes, medical malpractice and assisting victims of fraudulent financial schemes.
 
Over the years, Jantzen & Associates has worked closely with Braucher & Associates on various referral cases. In his career, Attorney Jantzen has accomplished extraordinary results in court, including the following select examples:

1. In May 2018, he successfully collected $380,000 on a $300,000 debt on behalf of a personal plaintiff against a corporate entity in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in the case of Ravi Mukthineni v. Ravi Paladugu, Naveena Lakshmi Paladugu & Akshita Properties, LLC, Docket No. 1:16-CV-10989-MPK;
2. Jantzen & Associates obtained a $2 million settlement for a young family in a major medical malpractice case in Superior Court, regarding the death of their infant daughter 10 days after birth;
3. Jantzen & Associates obtained a $500,000 Worker’s Compensation settlement in 2019, which was THE largest Worker’s Compensation settlement in Massachusetts in 2019.
4. Attorney Jantzen successfully represented Collt Manufacturing, Inc. in the Norfolk Superior Court in 2018 and 2019 resulting in the dismissal of a million dollar defamation suit against Collt in that court;
5. Jantzen & Associates recovered over $1 million for a disabled Vietnam veteran who was defrauded by his relatives, through litigation in 2 Federal Courts and 1 State Court from 2015 through 2019. Tenacity and perseverance count!;
6. Attorney Jantzen successfully represented the directors of Goodwill of Merrimack Valley all the way up to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, resulting in a defense verdict and the defeat of a $2.1 million D&O claim;
